Terms of Service
Effective: 16 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Plannorium ID, the account system used to sign in to Plannorium products. They explain what we provide, what we ask of you, and how either side can end the arrangement.
Document sections
1. Who can use Plannorium ID
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Availability and scope
Plannorium ID currently provides sign-in for Plannorium's own products. Access for third-party applications is planned as a paid offering; where a paid plan applies, its pricing and terms will be presented to you before you are charged, and existing integrations will be given notice before any change affects them.
3. Acceptable use
To keep the service safe for everyone, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, application, or part of the service.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the service except under a written authorisation from us.
- Interfere with the service, including by overwhelming it with automated requests.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
- Use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
4. If you integrate Plannorium ID
Applications that sign users in through Plannorium ID additionally agree to:
- Request only the scopes your application genuinely needs, and use the data only for the purpose the user consented to.
- Keep client secrets confidential, and never embed them in browser or mobile client code.
- Verify credentials on your own server before granting a session; never trust profile data returned only to browser JavaScript.
- Register exact redirect URIs and origins, and keep them current.
- Honour a user's revocation of access promptly, and delete data you no longer have a basis to hold.
5. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out the data we collect, our lawful bases under the GDPR, retention periods, international transfer safeguards, and the current list of subprocessors. Where we process personal data on behalf of an integrating organisation, a separate data processing agreement applies and that organisation acts as controller.
6. Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of the information you provide. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. You can export it or delete your account at any time from your privacy settings.
7. Changes to the service
We improve and occasionally retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces functionality you depend on, we will give reasonable notice where we can. Security fixes may need to ship immediately.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, or where the law requires it. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and notify signed-in users before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before it applies.
